Incident Management Report
Real time report is available under NRS > Employee Security Section and data visibility is based on ticket status.
Incident Management Configuration
Enable property from misadmin > Properties> Operation > ENABLE_INCIDENT_MANAGMENT
Access Path > Site-Admin > Config dashboard > Security Rule > Incident Management
Enable Incident management and mark True against alert type and severity to scope it for ticketing process
Update the Jira domain of your organization e.g. For MoveInSync , domain is https://moveinsync.atlassian.net/
Provide user, API token, Jira Query for reporting purpose.
Refer to JIRA guid to setup the project and to assist into configuration setup.
